Parent Portal / App

  • Parents can see their children’s information,
    classes, schedule, medical notes, etc syncing directly from SIS and request for changes
    or updates of address, phone number, medical notes or mistakes using the mobile app.

Chatting

  • Parents can directly chat with teachers/ admin staff/ bus staff assigned to them.
  • Teachers have a separate mobile app to chat with parents.
  • Admin can chat with parents using a web app

Announcement

  • Parents can receive real time notifications for official announcements from school such
    as “New year letter”, “Covid situation update”, “Tuition fee Changes”
  • Announcements can be sent to different groups customized by the admins
  • School Management can review before publishing an announcement.

Bus Management

  • Admins can easily manage bus routes and schedules.
  • Monitors have a seperate app to report to admins if a situation happens on a bus and

  • School Management can make plans for school budget. Department heads can submit

  • Meeting slots and teachers meeting scheduled can be easily managed by the admins.

Enrollment & Re-Enrollment

  • Parents can re-enrol each year using the mobile app.
  • They can also pre-register some service for the next school- year or answer a survey
    if not going to re-enrol.

  • Parents can book and track after school activities of their children and pay for the
    classes using the mobile app/ web app.
  • Admin & teachers can easily manage classes, schedule reservations, and mark
    attendance.

Merchandising

  • Parents can buy/ preorder school items such as uniforms, books, stationary etc via
    mobile apps/ website and pay online. Then their children can pick them up later at
    the school store.
  • POS at school store for walk-in buyers and management.

Cafeteria
